The Houses of Kardashian-Jenner Family – After renovations became too much to handle, Kim and Kanye sold this 9,000-square-foot mansion to Ukrainian billionaire Marina Acton for $17.8 million. Only seven months after the sale, the mansion is already back on the market and being sold currently by Million Dollar Listing’s Altman brothers for $18 million.
Kimye bought this $20 million estate in Hidden Hills back in 2014, after putting their unfinished Bel Air mansion on the market. Their current eight-bedroom home is equipped with two pools, two spas and even its own vineyard.
At just 20, Kylie Jenner is the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner family, but she knows real estate. In 2015, when she was 17 years old, Kylie bought this five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Calabasas for $2.7 million. She listed it for sale in April 2017 for $3.3 million.
Kylie expanded her budding real-estate empire with this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath Hidden Hills home. After owning it for just four months, Jenner listed it for $5.4 million—nearly $1 million more than the price she paid in August 2016. The 5,154-square-foot house is nestled among oak trees and is right next door to another home Jenner owns.
As you can probably tell by now, it’s official: Kylie Jenner is on a real estate spree. Jenner bought her third home, this time in Hidden Hills, for $12 million in fall 2016. This is where she spent her time away from the spotlight, maintaining a healthy lifestyle during her pregnancy (and who wouldn’t!). The Cape Cod-style home has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and is 13,200 square feet. It even comes with a spa room.
But the spa room isn’t the only highlight of the stunning home. Kylie recently posted a video of her luxe custom built closet that’s solely dedicated to one of her obsessions—designer handbags. Think Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Gucci. The ultra-organized space has three walls featuring six shelves for the star’s impressive handbag collection.
After living in Cleveland with boyfriend Tristan Thompson through her pregnancy, Khloe is finally back in Los Angeles and just around the corner from nearly the entire family. She bought her $7.2 million Calabasas estate from pop star Justin Bieber in 2014. The 9,214-square-foot home includes a 200-bottle wine cellar, six fireplaces, a pool, a guesthouse and two garages.
Kourtney Kardashian and her three kids call this six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot Calabasas mansion home. In 2014, Kourtney and her ex, Scott Disick, purchased the estate for $8.5 million from former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson. It is complete with an elevator, gym and massage room. Through Snapchat and Instagram, it’s clear Kourtney has a true passion for interior design. She even runs a lifestyle vertical on her app to show off her keen eye for interiors.
When Kendall Jenner was just 18, the model and second-youngest sibling of the Kardashian/Jenner clan purchased a condo in a high-rise building in L.A.’s exclusive Westwood neighborhood. She paid $1.39 million for the two-bedroom bachelorette pad and has listed it for $1.6 million.
Kris Jenner resides in this glam L.A. mansion, fully renovated in 2015 by Jeff Andrews. This magnificent home is the perfect backdrop for the show, featuring everything from gorgeous black-and-white marble floors to decadent chandeliers.
