Felipe VI (born 30 January 1968) is the King of Spain. He succeeded to the throne on 19 June 2014 after the abdication of his father, King Juan Carlos I.
In accordance with the Spanish Constitution, as monarch, he is Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Spanish Armed Forces, and also plays a role in promoting relations with Ibero-America, the “nations of its historical community”.
“The King should be a symbol of unity and permanence of the state to assume its highest representation, arbitrate and moderate the regular functioning of the institutions”, recalled.
With only 46 years-old Felipe bring to all Spain a renewed monarchy to a new time.
Since he is a kid was always surrounded for his family and became a kind human being.
