Amanda Seyfried’s Devonshire House in New York City – Amanda Seyfried purchased $1.9 million condo apartment in November 2010 in New York City and still was her home address till today. Built in 1928 by an English aristocrat The Duke of Devonshire, this building has an iconic brick and terracotta architecture being a unique alliance of the English and Italian styles.
Located in the middle of Greenwich Village, Amanda stays near NY University and it has 2 bedrooms, one large living room, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a small laundry room and a walk in closet and a parking garage in the basement.
The walls have been painted to give a unique “wood-graining limed-oak” finishing touch. Expensive modern furniture adorns all the rooms, contemporary paintings on the walls, to the bathroom have a Jacuzzi and finally the living room has a home theater to don’t leave home to go to the cinema. The interior spaces were all done over by talented and much-published designer Victoria Hagan.
However, Amanda Seyfried has an LA home too. Near the beach, she bought her Hollywood Hills abode for $1.8 million. The home was owned by actor Adam Brody and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, in addition to a gourmet kitchen, large backyard, a sun deck, and a formal dining room.
