Celebrity Homes: Buy Fixer Upper’s Shotgun Home – The tiny house first appeared on a season-three episode of the hit HGTV show. This tiny home is set to spin a big profit! A one-bedroom Waco, Texas, shotgun house that appeared on season three of Fixer Upper is now on the market for a cool $1 million, a little over one year after it first gained national attention on the hit HGTV series.
The 1,050-square-foot home features 25-foot ceilings, a loft area serving as an office and extra seating space, a stylish front porch, and spacious outdoor area with a fire pit and seating in the backyard.
The home, which is listed with Briggs Freeman, has been used primarily as a short-term rental property with a nightly rate of $325 and has an occupancy rate of 90 percent. But for the right owner, perhaps it will soon have a 100 percent occupancy rate.
