It’s no secret that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck share a very special bond, in 1997 they wrote the Academy Award winning screenplay for “Good Will Hunting” and have worked together in several film projects in various capacities. Well, it seems like they just can’t get enough of each other and they are even neighbors.
Back in 2012 Matt Damon moved in to the same street as his buddy in what has been described the “best house in the Pacific Palisades”. The $15M estate was designed by Grant Kirkpatrick, towers at an impressive 35-foot per mahogany vaulted ceiling, has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a five-car garage, and a pair of maid’s room. The property is a blend of California modernism and traditional Spanish Colonial and sits on 0.7 acres of pure bliss.
Just see it for yourself.
You can catch the academy award winner on the George Clooney directed war drama “The Monuments Men”, now available on DVD and Blu-ray.
