Mary-Kate and Ashley bought the apartment right after it was newly-built, but later sold it to the present owner Continuum Company’s Bruce Eichner for $7.7 million. Now, nearly eight years later, and the listing price has gone up by almost $17 million. No one understands better than the Olsens that real estate changes in a New York Minute.
