The Spanish-style home is 1,496 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The airy living room has an arched ceiling with natural light streaming inside through wide windows. The kitchen’s white cabinetry is complimented by terra-cotta floor tiling and a green tiled backsplash, and opens to a den with an exposed wood beam ceiling.
The spacious dining room has French doors that open to backyard gardens, serene stone pathways and a patio, while the office has a series of windows lining two of its walls. The master bedroom boasts a painted white brick fireplace and access to an outside lookout. As an added bonus, the carport is topped by a patio, offering a place to relax with fresh air and views of the city.
