Inside Celebrity Homes: Beyoncé and Jay Z LA Mansion – Music legends Jay Z and Beyonce have been unable to find the perfect home in L.A., so they’ve decided to spend the next year renting this 16,000 square foot mansion in Holmby Hills. What does a house like this cost to rent every month? About $150,000/month. The home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an infinity pool with a waterfall, and so much more. It’s time for the tour!

The natural light in this place is unreal. We probably have the skylights and large, open windows surrounding the home’s exterior to thank for that. Not to mention the various seating areas available. This place is a party host’s dream. It doesn’t matter if it’s day or night, this beautiful dining area is wide open and ready to receive. With a modern, crystal chandelier and a full wet bar, this dining area doesn’t leave you wanting.
