ADP DECORATION | Baroque Combined with a Contemporary Approach – Internationally recognized interior designer, Alexandra de Pfyffer brings to lovers of the refined art of living the original approach of a new form of baroque combined with a resolutely contemporary approach. A subtle approach, an eclectic mix that perfectly reflects its cosmopolitan origins. Its European roots – where Austria joins France, Italy, and Russia – make it the repository of multiple cultures that we discover in its projects and creations, far from all stereotypes.
Each new place is for her a new adventure where she listens to her customers so that through her they realize the place they have always dreamed of. Alexandra de Pfyffer has a daring, generous, and sensitive approach to decoration. In his work, both tradition and modernity come together.
In the magnificent chalets that she designs in the Swiss or French Alps, she gives preference to natural materials – wood often worked in the raw state combined with metal – which becomes a perfect backdrop for contemporary art and design. Her sense of aesthetics taken to the extreme does not prevent her from giving all its importance to comfort, a characteristic element of her decorations and an essential key when one favors, like her, the art of living. His projects of a beautiful aesthetic rigor, do not ignore the large deep sofas decorated with cushions, the color, the fireplaces with double hearths, his compositions of mirrors where both the rooms and the light are reflected.
LA VIE ON LUXURY
Her work is nourished by her many travels thanks to which she deepens her knowledge of world cultures through museums, monuments, exhibitions, visits to antique dealers, discoveries of creators, designers, artists. Always on the lookout for new talents, for the rare piece. Thanks to her intuitions, she is often ahead of the trends. Alexandra de Pfyffer sees herself as a conductor who brings together and creates harmony around a multicultural creation. His approach to decoration – if we take into account the diversity of his projects: chalets, private residences, hotels, offices, private planes – is very haute couture in the attention paid to the smallest detail.
The ADP Décoration team is based in a gallery/study office in the old town of Geneva. Alexandra de Pfyffer and her team have created a decor for their clients that brings together the fundamentals of their style. An atmosphere that is chic, warm and luxurious at the same time. The gallery “le 15” exhibits their favorite designers like Hubert le Gall or Hervé van der Straeten, furniture lines like that of Roméo Sozzi for Promémoria, or the lighting of Porta Romana.
Once or twice a year, ADP Décoration organizes openings for promising young artists who are then exhibited throughout the year.
