Be Acquainted With This Thrilling New York City Loft By Luxxu – The stage for LUXXU’S latest project is the city that never sleeps. A modern and industrial two-floor loft that incorporates New York’s vibrant energy. Since cities are mainly concrete, the aim was to bring nature to this design, creating an urban jungle inside with tailored furniture and lighting inspired by the city’s strong personality.
Large windows enlighten the room, bringing natural lighting inside, making the room feel inviting despite the industrial look. The high ceilings recall New York’s tall buildings and the mix of neutral tones with mid-century style pieces, create the perfect ambiance. As the city’s mix of cultures and personalities, this room is also a mix of styles having an eclectic vibe to it.
THE GROUND FLOOR
This marvelous entryway really is the perfect welcoming to whoever visits the house. With art starting right at the door, with the Skyline door pull by Pullcast, the delight continues with the Skyline Wall lamps. Inviting you up the stairs, the wall lamps are inspired by the silhouette of stunning skyscrapers that can be seen at night, once again bringing the city inside.
THE KITCHEN
Built under the master bedroom mezzanine, this open-space kitchen has a neat look. The wooden floors, combined with the black and white themed kitchen create an excellent eating space. Since it was never meant to be the focal point of the house, discrete colors were chosen all throughout the kitchen. The existing kitchen island area has been enriched with additional storage and sitting with the Saboteur Swivel Bar Chair as a classy and comfortable choice. Adding an elegant touch, the new Skyline Technical Suspension was made especially for this project, inspired by the Skyline Collection from Pullcast.
THE LIVING ROOM
Designed to optimize the interaction between guests, this living room arrangement promotes socialization. A spacious room with a leather sofa to entertain visitors with maximum comfort and elegance. The light fixtures fill the space, while the enormous rug and modern fireplace make it feel homier.
The Beyond Long Side Table matches the Beyond Long Bookcase, also designed specifically for this project. Matching them is the glamorous Center Table: a modular two-piece round table made with Bronze Brass, Emperador Dark Marble & Nata Elastron Leather. This living room is perfect for entertaining.
To create the perfect relaxing ambiance, the lighting had to complement the industrial aesthetic without disrupting it, but also without being too obvious. For that reason, Tycho XS Small Pendant, Gala Floor, and Needle Table Lamp were chosen in order to create a modern look by adding touches of different materials.
THE DINING AREA
With breathtaking views of the city of New York, this dining room was built to provide an unforgettable experience. The greek inspired black dining table by LUXXU, the centerpiece of the room, is placed next to the enormous windows. The Galea II Dining Chairs to sit and observe the city’s skylines, tie the modern look together.

The Needle Floor Lamp beautifully lights up the dining room when the sun goes down in New York, also transporting the city’s energy and eclectic vibe inside.
OUTDOOR SPACE
With such an extraordinary view, an exterior space was mandatory in this amazing loft. The full set of furniture decorating the balcony is the Hampton Wood Armchair, the matching Hampton Wood Two Seat Sofa, and the Thor Center Table.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
Accompanying the same cosmopolitan city vibe as the ground floor, the first floor follows a more neutral color scheme, promoting relaxation. This calm retreat is furnished with the most comfortable LUXXU pieces like the matching grey and white leather Charla Bed and Charla Ottoman. There’s also a reading nook by the window with the Saboteur Swivel Single Sofa and the Darian II Side Table, again, making the most of natural lighting.
As for the office area, an elegant and inviting space for a work session. The Waltz Desk, the Charla Small Office Chair, and the Gamma Table Lamp. A brilliant storage solution is the Waltz Closet, an elegant modular clothing storage solution, made with the finest materials, such as walnut root veneer, black leather, black lacquered wood, brass, and smoked mirror.
