Celebrity News: Miley Cyrus Sells Hidden Hills Estate – Miley Cyrus just shed one of her many Los Angeles-area properties. The Malibu singer recently sold her Hidden Hills equestrian estate, which, according to Variety, was “little-used.”

Cyrus sold the home for just about $5 million, which is about the same thing she purchased the 5.5-acre horse ranch and vineyard for back in May 2015. The house features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms over the span of 6,000 square feet, and is private and unassuming both inside and out, with a tree-lined driveway leading up to the gated property and a brick terrace at the front of the house. Inside, a spacious great room welcomes guests into the home, made up of wide-plank hardwood floors and a beamed and vaulted ceiling, along with a wet bar with an impressive 1,000-bottle wine cellar.

A lot of the home’s most enviable features are found outside the home, however. The singer’s backyard boasts a pool and a spa, a built-in barbecue, an outdoor fireplace, vegetable and citrus gardens and a small hillside vineyard. There are also, of course, some impressive equestrian facilities, including a 10-stall barn with a tack room, a one-acre riding ring and several fenced paddocks. Miley Cyrus currently spends the majority of her time at her other properties, including a two-acre, $2.5 million property that sits just above Malibu, which she purchased in early 2016; a ranch-style residence in Studio City, Calif., that she purchased for $3.9 million in 2011; and a secluded farm just outside of Nashville, which she bought for $5.8 million last year.
