While Clive Davis’s annual Grammy party in Los Angeles is one of the most glamorous affairs of the year, his New York City home is just as over-the-top. Davis has lived in the penthouse of Ritz Tower, located in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood, for over 30 years and owns four other units in the building, including this apartment, which was designed by Greg Schriefer. The five-time Grammy award winning music mogul created this duplex after purchasing two units and combining them in 2015.

And now, you can live in Davis’s custom home for $7.8 million. The apartment has three bedrooms, three baths, and one half bath as well as a custom curved staircase connecting the two levels, family room, and dining room.
Built in 1926, Ritz Tower is known for top-notch white glove service which includes the option to order housekeeping services and lunch and/or dinner served in your home from the building’s private kitchen for a separate fee. And, you can say that Davis is your neighbor three times over.
