Harry Potter Star Tom Felton is Selling a Luxury Bungalow – Harry Potter star Tom Felton is parting with a Nichols Canyon home he purchased in 2014 for $1.275 million. Variety reports that the actor, who will probably forever be associated with the character of Draco Malfoy, is now selling the two-bedroom bungalow for $1.449 million.
Constructed in 1923, the 1,732-square-foot residence is set behind a tall row of hedges. The backyard includes a swimming pool and large guest house. The home’s interior features hardwood floors, a reading room with built-in shelving, living room fireplace, and a fairly rustic kitchen. The listing photos also show two televisions graced with Humphrey Bogart’s presence, but those probably aren’t included.

The large master suite is also equipped with its own fireplace, along with a recently updated bathroom equipped with a double vanity and rather luxurious looking bathtub. The master bedroom and living room also include direct access to the outdoor area behind the house. The home is situated on a 6,163-acre lot and also includes a large privacy fence in the backyard area.
