By the time Julianne and Bart Freundlich moved in the home was renovated by Oliver Freundlich, the brother Oliver. They added to the home a central air-conditioning, high-speed computer line, a security system and fireplaces. Some vintage details of the building here preserved and Julianne picked the lamps, rugs and paper lanterns that give a classic style to the spaces in a contemporary and organic way.
The bookshelves in the living room were made by craftsman Joe Terzano.
