Kim Kardashian Buys New Malibu Beach House – The end of Summer didn’t stop Kim Kardashian from acquiring a new beach house previously owned by 90s supermodel Cindy Crawford. For today’s article, Celebrity Homes presents a tour to this new house that the reality star bought for $70.4 million.
The marvelous Mediterranean beach villa built in 1944 and remodeled in the 1990s and 2016, is located on the Encinal Bluffs, one of Malibu‘s most exclusive neighbourhoods, and the deal is considered this year’s priciest residential transfer in Malibu. The home was purchased from Crawford in 2018 for $45 million by investor Adam Weiss and his wife, actress Barret Swatek from the Yellowstone series.
Kardashian’s new Malibu property, hidden from view from the street behind an impassable hedge wall and a towering gate, is at the end of a very long driveway. The roughly 7,500-square-foot house has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and other roomy living spaces inside.
Floor-to-ceiling windows show off stunning views of the sunset and crystal clear whitewater. Naturally, a gym is available on the premises for Kardashian‘s daily workouts.
Kim Kardashian is still mostly based at her enormous Hidden Hills house. She still owns a lavish condo in Calabasas, two “spare” Hidden Hills properties, one of which was just listed for sale, as well as an empty lot in La Quinta’s renowned Madison Club.
The pool area, which has a cabana and fireplace, is reached via a wraparound terrace.
A full-size tennis court is encircled by large trees and exotic grasses on the entire property, which is beautifully landscaped.
And a meandering walk and stairs descend from the blufftop home to a quiet beach. The property is surrounded by neighbouring A-listers, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Neil Diamond, Michael Eisner, and Marcy Carsey.
