The 23 Home is for sale! Michael Jordan has been trying to sell his property since 2012. The first price was $29 millions, decrease to $21 million and in the last action in December 2013 decrease again to $19 millions. But no one gives more than $13 millions and that way, Jordan don’t sell.
The Highland Park Home with 56,000-square-foot, 9-bedroom, 15-full-bath, 4-half-bath mansion in Chicago’s Highland Park, is a one-of-a-kind property, but the highest-priced property in the neighborhood didn’t sell! Why? People don’t want a court and a 15 bathrooms in a home.

Michael Jordan home is a huge property, it’s difficult someone likes this home and buy it. It’s got garage space for 14 cars, as well as a billiard parlor, fireplace, library, and full wet bar, plus original doors from the Playboy Mansion in Chicago, a high-tech fitness gym and of course a full-size basketball court.
Every weekend people from all over the world came to see Michael’s house, 1,500 to 2,000 cars every weekend, but no one is buying this highest-price mansion.
Aside from the fancy fitness perks of this place, the home may not fit the style of anyone because a 1995’s home wasn’t now trending: very architectural, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The listing follows a failed auction in December, which did not attract a buyer at the expected price of $13 million or more. Brokers say it may be even more difficult to sell the home after a failed auction—especially at $16 million.
Location doesn’t help too, because homes near Jordan’s in Highland Park typically trade for $1 million to $5 million. So $16 million is a huge leap. Chicago is not Beverly Hills or Miami, where a market pays much of a premium for celebrity mansion!
Now he’s building an 11-bedroom mansion reportedly worth about $20 million on Jupiter Island in Palm Beach, Fla.
