Celebrity News: Candice Swanepoel is Renting Out NYC Penthouse – One of the world’s highest paid models is seeking tenants to pay a modest rate for the property. Veteran Victoria Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel just gave birth to a little boy with fellow model and boyfriend Hermann Nicoli in October.

The 28-year-old model just put her East Village penthouse on the market for $6,200 per month. Swanepoel purchased the apartment in 2010 for $1.35 million, reports Luxury Listings NYC. She is the 8th highest-paid model in the world, according to Forbes.
We can imagine the new mom is looking for a more family-friendly home, but that doesn’t make this crib any less appealing for Angels-in-training (or anyone else who wants to live in the sky via a chic penthouse). According to the listing, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property at 311 East 11th Street features southern views of the city’s skyline, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony.
