The 20,000-square-foot Tudor revival–style estate, which was built in 1987, features two guesthouses, a log cabin “tea house” with water views, a waterfront cabana with a full kitchen and deck, and luxury amenities like a spa, a barber shop, and a fallout shelter—all in addition to the main house. Dubbed “The Sassafras,” the property also has a pier that can accommodate three Jet Skis, an 80-foot yacht, a 24-foot sailboat, a 30-foot speedboat, and two maintenance/chase boats with three additional moorings, according to the listing.

The main house itself is equally impressive. The home features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four half bathrooms, which was perfect for Brangelina’s large brood of little ones. The home also has a grand entrance with a 48-foot cathedral ceiling, which leads into a study and a formal dining room. A wraparound outdoor terrace and a master suite round out the main house’s offerings, with stunning views of the Long Island Sound and Connecticut. Pitt, Jolie, and their six kids took up residence in the one-of-a-kind estate in 2009, while Jolie was filming parts of Salt on Long Island.
