For just $27 million, you could live just like New York royalty in Lopez’s 6,500-square-foot duplex overlooking Madison Square Park. The metropolitan palace has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-baths, and four spacious terraces. The Georgian-style condominium conversion, called The Whitman, only has four units — this one being located on the fifth and sixth floors.
Take a private elevator up to the fifth floor where you’ll be greeted by a secured foyer, followed by a massive living room, decked out with a skylight and three French doors that lead out onto a terrace overlooking the park. The kitchen couldn’t be more opposite than your typical Manhattan kitchenette: it boasts a large island, sleek custom-cabinetry, and plenty of open shelving.
