Katy Perry recently shined in the Super Bowl show ant today we’re going to remember one of her most amazing properties, the Park Hill home, located in Los Angeles that she sold for $6,925,000.

After marry her now ex-husband Russell Brand, the British comedian, the international pop music super star Katy Perry bought this historic and celebrity-style home that has near three acres of private field.

Park Hill was built in the mid-1920s by a real estate developer C.F. DeWitt that lived there until the 30s. Them the house was bought by Dan Laiken, the ex-CEO of National Lampoon and was Mister Laiken’s family who sold the house to Katy Perry and Russell Brand. The couple broke up few months after purchasing Park Hill. Katy moved to rental apartment in West Hollywood and Russell to a contemporary crib at Bird Streets neighborhood.

The 8,835 square feet Park Hill house has and contains seven bedrooms, seven full and four half bathrooms, two fireplaces, one in the living room and other at the library and the vintage architecture remains which gives lots of style to the home. The chandelier that hangs in the front foyer and stair hall is just something gorgeous!

The mansion’s rooms include a 45-foot long double-height living room with dark-stained wood floors, the dining room isn’t enormous, but impressive with its pattern wood ceiling.

A library, media lounge and a center island country kitchen are just some of the other rooms that you can find in the home and also a lagoon-style swimming pool with waterfall.
