Celebrity News: Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Los Angeles Home – The Maroon 5 frontman just bought a new home in Los Angeles’s Holmby Hills neighborhood for $18 million, which was about $2 million below the asking price, according to Trulia. Built in 1966, the French Regency–style estate was designed by architect Caspar Ehmcke.
The 1.2-acre property has a 9,200-square-foot main residence, a separate two-story guest house, a four-car garage, a motor court, a pool, and a pool house. The estate is located behind a wrought-iron gate with grounds covered by lush gardens, offering plenty of space for Adam Levine; his wife, Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo; and their daughter, Dusty Rose, to spread out.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom main residence opens through a palm tree–lined wooden boardwalk. Two tiered chandeliers are visible through the front entrance: one in the rounded foyer, and the other in the formal sitting room behind. The interiors are dominated by creamy hues, high ceilings, and warm carpets.
The formal dining room and breakfast solarium both have floor-to-ceiling glass walls and sliding doors overlooking the backyard gardens. The den features full wall of built-in shelves, a wet bar, and a fireplace. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream, with multiple ovens, an oversize refrigerator, and a spacious island. There are two master suites, the larger of which opens to the backyard through glass doors. Outside, a wooden deck surrounds the quatrefoil-shaped pool, with spaces for lounging and outdoor dining.
