Celebrity News: Matthew Perry Buys a Spacious Penthouse – Matthew Perry’s Hollywood Hills home is still on the market for $13.5 million, but that didn’t stop the actor from making a move on a penthouse for $20 million in nearby Century City, according to Trulia. The actor just purchased a full floor for $20 million ($6.5 million below asking price) in the Century, the new Robert A.M. Stern–designed building. The 9,318-square-foot condo boasts hardwood flooring and 360-degree panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The spacious living room has stunning views and two fireplaces. The white kitchen includes space for a breakfast table, while the formal dining room can comfortably seat 25 guests, making the home an entertainer’s dream come true. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home has an open master suite with a rounded wall of windows and with plenty of space for seating. Wraparound terraces surround the home, offering even more ways to admire views stretching from downtown Los Angeles to the Santa Monica Mountains and beyond.
The home also comes with luxurious building amenities, including 24-hour security with a valet, a doorman, and a concierge; four acres of private gardens with fountains and walking paths; a 75-foot lap pool with cabanas; an Equinox-designed gym; a spa; a screening room; and a wine cellar.
