Celebrity News: Natasha Bedingfield is Selling LA Home – Natasha Bedingfield has listed her Los Angeles home for $4.75 million, according to Trulia. The residence, situated in the Los Feliz neighborhood’s Laughlin Park, is in one of the more star-studded areas of Southern California, with neighbors including Natalie Portman, Kristen Stewart, Ellen Pompeo, and Angelina Jolie.

The singer-songwriter bought the home in 2009 for $2.3 million and attempted to sell the property in 2014, before renting it out for $18,000 per month. The 4,792-square-foot hillside residence takes advantage of its sloping plot of land by incorporating balconies and terraces into the back of its three-story design, and has sweeping views of the Griffith Park Observatory. The home can be entered on the top floor through a glass front door into an open-plan living and dining room with a wall of glass sliding doors that open up to a balcony.

There are white polished stone floors throughout, and a minimalistic fireplace sits in the center of the living room under vaulted ceilings. The well-lit kitchen is decorated with bamboo cabinets and white countertops. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home boasts two master suites, with the larger of the two residing on the top floor and incorporating a sitting area and a private patio. On the ground level, a funky red bamboo wet bar sits next to the media room, which opens to a terrace with an outdoor eating area overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is lined with plenty of lounge chairs and a separate guest house with a gym.
