The residence, which was sold by Douglas Elliman’s Rosalie Liebman, had a $7.5 million asking price, but the higher sale price may be related to plans to combine the units. The ten-room apartment, which has a private elevator landing, is located in a 13-story prewar building. It also has two fireplaces, but it is unclear whether they will get much use.
It seems clear that the funny lady loves the Upper West Side neighborhood, after all, she’s been in the area since 2009. Plus, Zillow reports that her new addition is almost identical to her current home. The listing reveals that it also has a master suite with a dressing room, plus three additional bedrooms, each of which includes its own marble tile bathroom. Fey’s new purchase also boasts a private elevator landing and two fireplaces that are perfect for those chilly New York evenings. There’s lots of natural sunlight as the entire pad offers 22 windows.
