The Manhattan residence of Isaac Mizrahi was converted from three contiguous apartments by David Bers Architecture. A 19th-century pedestal table from O’Sullivan Antiques anchors the living room; the two Ole Wanscher armchairs are from Karl Kemp Antiques, and the rug is by Fort Street Studio.
