Quincy Jones and the interior designer Billy Haines and even the architect Garrett Eckbo who design the landscape. She paid $40 millions to buy this 11 500 square property. This is the seventh home that Ellen lives with Portia de Rossi.

This luxury home had a huge garden where she can give amazing parties, an amazing terrace cover with glass atrium with an great view to the indoor-outdoor feel and a tennis court. Inside, the master bedroom, with a custom-made bed, have a view open up to the terrace, letting the sunlight entry for every room. The home include 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, an entrance hall equipped with a ping-pong table, Serge Mouille chandelier, and Spanish Colonial bench; a living room where “a roman bust gazes past a graphic painting by Mark Grotjahn, Louis XVI bergères mingle with slipcovered sofas, and a Jean Prouvé jib lamp;” a guest room with a Cité chair by Prouvé; and in the master bathroom a Diego Giacometti feline sculpture.
The residence was originally constructed for actor Laurence Harvey, and was later inhabited by Joan Collins and Will & Grace co-creator Max Mutchnick.
