Celebrity Homes: Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s New Manhattan Home – Robert A.M. Stern Architects and AD100 designer Daniel Romualdez created the high-end building.
Over the summer Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen became the first celebrities to buy into a new luxury building in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood—before it was even completed.
Constructed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the 14-story waterfront tower is nearly finished, and Architectural Digest has an exclusive look at the interiors, designed by AD100 decorator Daniel Romualdez. The kitchen of the model unit (pictured) is a definite standout, featuring top-of-the-line appliances such as a Miele built-in espresso/coffee machine and a Sub-Zero wine storage unit with room for 146 bottles.

Brady and Bündchen’s 5,000-square-foot unit is expected to have five bedrooms and seven baths, as well as an expansive terrace with unobstructed 180-degree views of the Hudson River, Hudson River Park, Rockefeller Park, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. The home will be move-in ready for Tom, Gisele, Jack, Benjamin, and Vivian (as well as dogs Fluffy, Lua, and Scooby) in 2018.
