Uma Thurman has bought a new iconic apartment in New York City for 10 million dollars. It is located in the River House block of apartments and it is faced directly to the East River. In this article you can have a look at the inside and all the details of colors and decoration of the apartment.
The apartment is decorated in a classic atmosphere and it has four bedrooms, a sitting-room, a dinning-room, two wood-burning fireplaces, three maid’s rooms and an eat-in kitchen. The apartment is also equiped with a bar and a separate laudry room.
With elegant and luxurious interiors, the living room is decorated in bright colors and a very cozy and classic environment with plenty of lighting and pieces of art on the walls and furniture for decoration.
The bedroom and the dinning room both present a very classic, almost mid-century atmosphere, with red walls and darker wooden furniture. But the light is never forgotten by Thurman’s as is it present in distinctive chandeliers and lots of table and wall lamps.
The kitchen is a small division of the apartment as it is a eat-in kitchen, although the actress keeps the detailed and classic decor. The bar is also a tiny space but very classic and sweet corner of the house.
The library is probably the most simple room of this iconic apartment. But the patterned floor gives it a lot of expression. The pieces of art on the walls are the perfect decoration for this space.
This small living room is my favorite room of this apartment. Decorated in blue and yellow colors it is full of expression and personality with the mix patterns on the floor, pillows and objects of decor.
