The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show regular has listed her Midtown apartment fit for a supermodel at $4.85 million. This is the second time the Angel has put the condo up for sale.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the apartment was first put up for sale three years ago for $5.5 million, but Lima and her now-ex-husband, retired NBA player Marko Jarić, took it down after it failed to sell. Now that both are living in Miami, the pair, who are on good terms, have chosen to re-list because neither uses the home often.

They originally purchased the West 57th Street apartment in 2003 for only $1.995 million. Situated in the Metropolitan Tower, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is a spacious 2,200 square feet on a high floor, with stunning Central Park views to the north and city skyline views to the south.

The building features amenities such as white-glove service, a renovated fitness center, massage therapy, a 40-foot swimming pool, and a private residents-only restaurant.
