Of course, it comes as no surprise that the singer/songwriter behind “Chandelier” and “Elastic Heart” would hold out for a home as one-of-a-kind as she is. Our sources tell us that it came in the form of a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Mediterranean stunner in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, scooped up for $4.3 million. According to the original seller’s listing on The Agency, the home was designed by AF Leicht, a revered architect famous for Mediterranean-style homes in the ’20s.
The house was built in 1924 and has maintained much of its original charm.
The front-facing “sun room” features sweeping views of downtown Los Angeles, according to The Agency.
