You Can Buy Mike Myers’s Soho Penthouse – Mike Myers is selling his New York City penthouse for $13.95 million. He previously put the home on the market for $17 million before adding a second unit to the listing and upping the asking price to $21.5 million for both.

Regardless, the Saturday Night Live alum is set to make a profit on the 4,204-square-foot space, which he purchased in 2007 for under $8 million. The three-level home is located on a quaint cobblestone street in SoHo, with the bedrooms on the building’s sixth floor, and the main living space on the seventh. It’s topped with a private roof deck.

According to Trulia, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home boasts high ceilings, white oak floors, a Crestron sound system, and an elevator that opens directly into the home. The Bulthaup kitchen—outfitted in maple-and-aluminum cabinets with light gray stone countertops—flows into the living room, where a flood of natural light pours through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.
