As their previous digs are in contract to be sold for somewhere around $2.65 million, the comedic couple bought a 2,932-square-foot home for $6.975 million.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo has an airy feel thanks to tall, double-glazed UV-protected windows and lightly stained oak herringbone hardwood floors throughout. The open-plan living and dining room is a spacious 30 feet long, and the marble-covered kitchen boasts mahogany cabinets with selective areas of wood left unpainted, giving the space a modern feel. A modest study is tucked behind the main living space. Each bedroom has an en suite bath, leaving the master suite to stand out with a private dressing room and master bath with dual vanities and oversize tub and shower.
