Celebrity News: Kristen Wiig Sold Her Los Angeles Home – Kristen Wiig just sold her Los Angeles home in the Franklin Hills area for $2 million. She settled for less than her $2.395 million asking price, but still profited on the 2,719-square-foot space after purchasing it for $1.764 million in 2012. Better yet, it only took three months for the SNL star turned film actress to finalize the deal, according to Variety.

Kristen Wiig’s two- or three-bedroom, four-bathroom home is stacked on three stories behind a walled courtyard entrance. Just beyond the entryway, a dual living and dining room sits behind a full glass wall that opens to a terrace with stunning views of the city. The kitchen is tight, but has a sleek design, with dark wooden cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and a $10,000 Poul Henningsen Artichoke Lamp hanging above the sink.

Two neighboring bedrooms also extend to a terrace with a view, both flanked by clear glass doors for a flow of natural light. A lower-level den has a TV that drops down from the ceiling and a Murphy bed, plus an attached full bathroom, should there be a need for a third bedroom. The room opens up to a deck with a fire pit that runs its length, banquette seating, and a full outdoor kitchen, with the deck connecting to three more decks that offer additional seating, lounge chairs, a dry sauna, an outdoor tub and a shower, and space to practice yoga with a view.
