Celebrity Homes: Zac Posen Buyes a New York City Duplex – Stepping into this duplex apartment on New York’s Upper East Side, you might think Marie Antoinette lived there. Covered in dainty prints, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home has an elegant, traditional feel—which makes it full of potential for new owner Zac Posen.
The fashion designer recently purchased the NYC penthouse for $3.5 million, reports StreetEasy. The interiors aren’t the only standout feature of the apartment, though there are many beautiful details, including a wood-burning fireplace with a Chesney marble mantel, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and seven closets throughout (perfect for the Project Runway judge). Outside, there’s an 1,800-square-foot terrace that’s beautifully landscaped. Only time will tell how Posen dresses up the place.
