Celebrity News: You Can Rent Jon Hamm’s New York City Penthouse – The customized 1,000-square-foot penthouse is located in a landmarked Rosario Candela–designed building.
Jon Hamm’s real-life penthouse apartment on New York City’s Upper West Side is a far cry from his bachelor pad on Mad Men, and the airy 1,000-square-foot space is now available to rent for a pretty penny: $14,995 a month. The apartment, which is located in a landmarked Rosario Candela–designed building, features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in an open-concept layout, and includes plenty of natural light, courtesy of two skylights in the dining room and abundant windows throughout the space. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, with the second bedroom currently serving as a den.

According to Trulia, the penthouse also features two landscaped terraces with a remote-controlled awning that can help ward off the sun—and curious paparazzi. Hamm originally purchased the home in 2013 for $2.5 million. The Mad Men star currently spends most of his time in Los Angeles, however, after snapping up a stunning Los Feliz residence for just below $3.4 million earlier this year. The modern home, which includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, includes a three-sided fireplace, a welcoming front porch, and a 28-foot-long saltwater swimming pool, among other amenities.
