Stacy Kiebler and husband Jared Pobre are selling their James Schmidt–designed modern Beverly Hills mansion for $18.25 million. Pobre purchased the home in 2012 for $11.1 million, and rented it to Carolina Panther Cam Newton for two months last year. The 5,788-square-foot interior has five en-suite bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with views through glass walls and wide windows spanning from Beverly Hills to Catalina Island.

According to Trulia, the living room features pocketing Fleetwood doors showing off the view from the backyard and a Calcutta marble wall with a see-through fireplace separating the space from the dining room. There are also white terrazzo floors between the rooms and into the marble-adorned kitchen, as well as dark wood cabinets and gray stone. The French oak–floored master suite has a separate sitting space and a fireplace set in a stone wall, with a large dressing room fitted with custom shelving and dual bathrooms boasting heated marble floors. The backyard is complete with a serene infinity-edge pool and a spa surrounded by patio space for lounging and dining, a built-in BBQ, and a grassy yard.
