Now You Can Live at Jennifer Lawrence‘s NYC Apartment – While Jennifer Lawrence is filming her upcoming movie Red Sparrow in London, the actress is renting out her New York City apartment for $27,500 a month, according to Variety.
Lawrence purchased the place, located in a celebrity-favorite apartment building—whose tenants include Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Justin Timberlake, and Harry Styles—in January for $9 million. The 3,184-square-foot unit has three bedrooms, three baths, and one half bath, as well as a 35-foot-long combination living/dining room and an expansive kitchen with a glass-fronted refrigerator and freezer.

The building itself also offers many luxurious amenities, which could be why it’s a favorite among the stars. There’s a 70-plus-foot-long indoor swimming pool, a fitness center with full-sized Hammam, a 5,000-square-foot roof terrace, and a children’s play room, to name a few. If you act quickly, you may be able to count the Timberlakes as your neighbors and Lawrence as your landlord.
