Celebrity Homes: Buy Jane Fonda’s Beverly Hills Home – Jane Fonda is saying goodbye to the home she’s lived in with her partner Richard Perry for the past five years. The Grace and Frankie actress listed the residence, located in star-studded Trusdale Estates in Beverly Hills, for $13 million.
Fonda says, “Richard and I must have looked at more than 30 houses, and the day we pulled in through the gate. . . I took one look at this house and I knew.” Inside, there’s an impressive foyer with a spacious staircase and glass elevator. The property, listed by Jade Mills and Valerie Fitzgerald at Coldwell Banker Previews International, also includes a butler’s pantry and bar, an office, a media room with cork floors and another full bar, and a gym.
In addition, there are a variety of high-tech features, such as photovoltaic electric panels, a solar-heated pool, bamboo floors, and double-glazed thermal glass windows with motorized shades. The 7,100-square-foot house sits on a 36,000-square-foot lot with beautiful mountain vistas and plenty of room for entertaining—Fonda even recalls hosting her 75th birthday party in the home.
