Mr. Patrick Dempsey, also known as Dr. McDreamy, is now a single man and just before the divorce announcement he bought a new Venice home in LA. After George Clooney’s marriage there’s room for this sexy man that is desired all over the world, especially by the Grey’s Anatomy fans.
Grey’s Anatomy star was married for 15 years to Jillian Fink, a Hollywood makeup artist and they have 3 children together. Before the news about the divorce they buy a California micro-compound in the Venice Beach neighborhood of Los Angeles, close to the Pacific Ocean.
The property was bought for $1.9 million and could have been a sign they were planning separate households. A 3,900 square-foot lot hosts the original 1950s bungalow, renovated in the 2000s by Touraine Richmond Architect, and there’s also a second residence with glass and metallic walls. The two structures are linked by a wood bridge that also serves as a garage.
The main bedroom has a great balcony, ideal to sun baths.
Modern decoration is the signature of this elegant house that has all the comfort that a great design can give.
The kitchen area is connected with the living room that has plenty of space and natural light.

In 2009 the Dempseys bought another Pacific home at Zuma Beach,also in Los Angeles, for $7 million, the Tin House,built in the 60’s, that was a creation of Frank Gehry. Recently this five gated and private acres residence and the Dempsey family were in Architectural Digest pages.
The pool is a perfect combination with the nature surroundings.
